Operations and Finance

Aimee has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington in Seattle. After earning her degree, Aimee relocated to Texas to begin work at the Dow Chemical Company. She started as a plant engineer within Environmental Operations then moved into Supply Chain and Production Planning. Aimee also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

Aimee and Mark have been married since 1999 and started ThinkReliability together in 2000. She is currently the Operations and Financial Director at ThinkReliability, in addition to serving as lead shuttle driver for their daughters’ soccer and volleyball activities.  When she’s not running the business or running their kids around, she can usually be found running on the road.
