Cause Mapping® RCA Investigator & Instructor

Angela has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.

Angela spent 25 years in chemical intermediate businesses in various roles from process and reliability engineering to operations management to environmental, health, safety and quality management.

Angela attended her first Cause Mapping Workshop over a decade ago and since that time has applied Cause Mapping for issues in various business aspects including process malfunctions, mechanical failures, environmental permit deviations, injuries, safe work practice issues, customer complaints, and management system failures.  She has first-hand experience facilitating Cause Map™ diagrams as well as mentoring others in using Cause Mapping and improving their investigation and facilitation skills in a plant environment.

Outside of work, Angela enjoys gardening and cooking/experimenting in the kitchen.
