Facilitator & Operations

Ben has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa.  Before joining ThinkReliability, Ben spent 14 years in refining and petrochemical manufacturing, in various management and technical roles in reliability and economics and planning.  Ben has a strong background in troubleshooting, process improvement, management systems, business, database, machine learning, training, and investigation/facilitation.

Ben moved to the Houston area in 2015 where he and his wife, Catheryn, have a son Charles.  They currently reside in Friendswood.

Ben joined the ThinkReliability team in 2022 where he is a polymath helping in operations, process improvement and facilitations
