Investigation Engineer

Frank holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Before joining ThinkReliability, he spent nine years in the chemical manufacturing industry, where he held technical roles in both fixed and rotating equipment, as well as positions in outage coordination and reliability management. In 2017, Frank was introduced to Cause Mapping^® root cause analysis, which he has since used to solve various types of technical equipment problems. 

In 2020, Frank moved from Florida to Houston with his wife and currently resides in the Midtown area. He has a passionate, albeit sometimes painful, love for golf and enjoys watching his beloved Miami Dolphins, despite their frequent shortcomings. Frank is also an avid traveler and loves visiting national parks.
