Holly has a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining ThinkReliability, Holly spent 16 years in the oil refining industry as an operations process engineer, planning and economics analyst, and operations manager. Her background is strong in troubleshooting, process improvements, management of change and procedure development.

Holly has been teaching root cause analysis workshops for ThinkReliability beginning in 2012. She also provides consulting services for incident investigations.
