Cause Mapping® RCA Investigator & Instructor

Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

Mark has worked in a variety of reliability engineering roles in polymer manufacturing facilities for 30+ years. After attending his first Cause Mapping Workshop in 2004, he “learned by doing”, one issue at a time. He has grown to love helping others understand the Cause Mapping approach and learning how to use it to create value in their roles.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys outdoor activities like hiking and camping with his family.
