Travis brings nearly 19 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry, having held roles in manufacturing, inspection, project quality, supplier quality, and quality management.

In 2022, Travis discovered Cause Mapping® RCA while seeking a unified problem-solving method for his organization. Captivated by its potential, he now channels his passion into helping other organizations by conducting workshops on effective problem-solving using Cause Mapping root cause analysis.

Travis has spent a total of 14 years in the Houston area, with a five-year stint in Midland, Texas. He and his wife, Melissa, currently reside in Katy with their two daughters, Mylah and Kaiah.
