Kristi joined ThinkReliability full-time after initially working as a contractor. She assists in managing content within the Learning Management System (LMS) and helps develop internal training and learning resources to support employee onboarding and ongoing development. As ThinkReliability expands its learning resources, she also contributes to the creation of self-paced online training for both internal and external use.

With 15 years in education, she discovered her interest in instructional design while creating virtual coursework during the COVID era. She holds a Master’s in Instructional Systems Design from Sam Houston State University, a bachelor’s in Speech Communication from Texas A&M, and a teaching certification from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

Originally from Maine, she met her husband in college and settled in Texas. They have two grown children who live in the Northeast. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, and visiting Maine whenever possible.
