The workshop, taught live by one of our experienced instructors over three days, covers the fundamentals of the Cause Mapping method of root cause analysis, and how to facilitate and document an incident investigation.

Online Short Courses

These two-hour courses are led live by a ThinkReliability instructor. Each course
goes in-depth into a specific topic to help provide a more thorough understanding.

On-Demand Courses

On-demand courses are recordings of our live online training sessions, available to
watch on your own schedule. Sessions include online short courses, but availability
may vary.

Webinars

These weekly 45-minute, live webinars allow attendees to learn the latest problem-solving methods and tips for facilitating better incident investigations.

How it Works

ThinkReliability will provide a promotional code for your organization. This promo code will give you and your team members access to our live and on-demand training options on our website. Attendees will need to register for desired courses individually. The promo code must be entered at the time of registration.

Once registered for a session, a join URL will be emailed. URLs are unique to each attendee, so URLs should not be shared. If you do not receive the email within an hour of registering, please let us know.

At the scheduled time of the training, click on the provided link to join the session. For the audio portion, attendees have the option of listening via computer speakers or dialing in via telephone.
