Mark Galley
President, Instructor, Investigator, Certified Reliability Engineer
Cause Mapping RCA Investigator, Instructor & Program Developer
Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder and obtained his certification as a Reliability Engineer in 1993 through the American Society for Quality.
Mark’s practical experience in root cause analysis and work process reliability was developed during his time at the Dow Chemical Company. Mark and Aimee founded ThinkReliability in Houston in 2000. He has been instructing root cause analysis workshops and providing facilitation services ever since. He is a regular presenter at national conferences and is a member of the National Speakers Association.
When he’s not trying to determine WHY something happened (which isn’t very often), he’s usually encouraging his teenager daughters during their soccer and volleyball games, providing sag-wagon duties during Aimee’s running events or trying to see how many calories it is possible to burn in one hour’s time on a treadmill.
